CASE STUDY - INTERCONTINENTAL JERUZALEMSKA

CLIENT: Generali Real Estate

 

BRIEF: Create all the F&B Concepts for a new five star hotel development in Prague Old Town including design briefs, layouts, materials & finishes, menu concepts, staffing and detailed Profit & Loss forecasts for each area.

 

STRATEGY: We undertook extensive research of the luxury hotel market in Prague and several comparative European cities to determine the style, size and type of concepts most likely to succeed in this premium setting. We drew on additional market intelligence for culinary trends, supply chain logistics, pricing strategy and predicted market growth to align our concepts to the anticipated market in 2028 and beyond. All of this was developed in line with the latest IHG guidelines and brand standards for F&B.

 

RESULTS: We devised two all day dining outlets aimed at both resident and non-resident traffic as well as a premium lounge bar and IHG Club area, all supported by detailed kitchen planning and logistics mapping to ensure seamless movement of people and products within the hotel building.
