Following our recent visit to Sri Lanka to visit the incredible development that will become "The One, Colombo" we will soon begin work on developing the beautiful heritage property Transworks House into a luxury retail and dining destination for the city. This iconic building has undergone many changes in its long history and has been the main post office, local government offices, cultural hub, and even in its more recent dilapidated state, a home to arts and music events.

We will be working alongside the best retail consultants in the business, Harvey Singh Hill to create a truly unique and exclusive luxury experience for Sri Lankan residents and tourists.
