CLIENT: Renaiss Health (Bridges Healthcare Fund Management)

BRIEF: Investment and property fund, Bridges created a new arm of their extensive business to develop a small group of boutique hotels designed specifically for post-operative rehabilitation. Alongside world-leading healthcare and clinical facilties, the company understood the huge importance of getting the F&B provision exactly right, balancing quality of service and products with the very particular needs fo individual guests.

STRATEGY: Ford Consultancy worked on multiple strands of concept and operational development for the project, starting with an R&D piece on EPOS, Systems Management, Food Safety and Reporting. The recommendations from this initial report then informed the operation management processes, spatial layouts, personnel architecture and menu planning. We worked alongside the architect and design team to advise on operational flows, guest movement, back of house logistics, and front of house design.

RESULTS: The first Renaiss Health hotel will open in Richmond, Surrey early in 2025.
